In my practice, I believe that you already have the tools you need for your own healing; my role is to help you identify and use those tools. I desire to create a calm and grounded environment where you feel truly heard and deeply understood. By using a trauma-informed approach, I support both individuals and groups, empowering you to become your own main source of support and insight.
Starting therapy is a courageous step, and I understand the hesitation some may feel about opening up to a male therapist. Trust is vital, especially given the societal complexities around masculinity and emotional vulnerability. I want to recognize the strength it takes to seek help and assure you that my practice is a welcoming, non-judgmental space. Having faced my own mental health challenges, I connect deeply with those on a similar journey towards clarity and peace.
When facing challenges such as addiction, stress, anxiety, depression, or trauma, I offer a safe environment where you can explore your emotions, thoughts, and experiences. Alongside practical coping skills for daily life, I tailor my therapeutic approach to your unique needs and journey, ensuring you have the support needed to achieve your goals.
I invite you to learn more about my approach to therapy and to reach out if you have any questions or wish to discuss how we might work together. Even if I am not the perfect match for you, I am committed to helping you find the therapist who is. Your journey matters, and I am here to help you take that first step.
