  • Ferozan's journey to becoming a therapist is rooted in her passion for social justice and a deep desire to make a meaningful impact on people's lives. Growing up in a diverse community, she witnessed firsthand the challenges marginalized individuals and families face in accessing mental health care and coping with trauma. These experiences sparked her commitment to social work and mental health advocacy.

    Throughout her career, Ferozan has taken on various roles that deepened her understanding of the importance of mental health care in different settings. Whether working with children in schools or adults in hospitals, she has been drawn to creating a space where individuals feel supported, understood, and empowered. Her diverse professional experiences, including addiction counselling and youth advocacy, have solidified her dedication to mental health care and deepened her awareness of how trauma and systemic barriers affect well-being.

    Ferozan's therapeutic approach is both strength-based and person-centered. She focuses on helping clients harness their inner strengths and capabilities while ensuring their unique needs, perspectives, and experiences are at the forefront of the therapeutic process. This approach allows her to tailor interventions that promote resilience and foster a sense of empowerment. Ultimately, Ferozan's mission is to foster resilience, promote mental wellness, and help her clients build fulfilling lives.
